NWFSC Earthen Drainage Channel

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Following the completion of the environmental compliance process, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC) constructed an earthen drainage channel at its Burley Creek Hatchery in Kitsap County, Washington. The Earthen Drainage Channel, Burley Creek Hatchery Project will facilitate increased discharge of treated effluent from the hatchery facility into the adjacent Burley Creek.
