Post-2028 Residential Exchange Program Workshop

BPA is conducting a series of public workshops to develop the Post-2028 Residential Exchange Program Residential Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Average System Cost Methodology, as well as the 7(b)(2) Legal Interpretation and Implementation Methodology.

Postponed - Risk Mitigation and Financial Policies Refresh Workshop

Update: this public meeting has been postponed to an undetermined date. The 2026 Risk Mitigation & Financial Policies Refresh will provide a review of the existing 2022 Financial Plan culminating in a new financial plan, targeting a 2027 publishing date, which ensures BPA’s long-term financial goals are supported with agile risk mitigation strategy and updated financial policies.

Load Area Reinforcement Study Process Meeting

On Aug. 5, BPA will host a Load Area Reinforcement Study (LARS) customer call to announce the local load area it has selected to study based on BPA’s engineering judgement and expertise.
