If you believe BPA has not met its Section 508 requirements, you can file a formal complaint. Your complaint should include:
- Your name and contact information
- The date you identified the issue of non-compliance
- A detailed description of the issue
- Your signature or the signature of someone authorized to do so on your behalf

Within 30 calendar days of receiving your complaint, BPA will get back to you with what we found, whether a legal violation occurred, and how it will remedy each violation (if any) that occurred. If you are not satisfied with the remedy, you can submit an appeal within 30 days.
