The Quarterly Business Review is a forum to share BPA's financial results and provide updates on major spending areas such as proposed capital projects. The QBR is a high-level quarterly earnings call that reviews BPA's financial performance. The QBR’s Technical Workshop goes into additional detail and provides more visibility on budgets.
