BP-27 Rate Case Pre-hearing Conference

BPA is hosting a pre-hearing conference for the BP-27 Rate Case, as required by the rules of procedure. This hybrid meeting will be held in both the Rates Hearing Room and via Webex. During the meeting, the Hearing Officer will issue the procedural schedule and any special rules.

BPA is conducting an expedited Section 7(i) rate case process to address the expected financial impact of the Feb. 2026, U.S. District Court of Oregon’s Order and Opinion. For more information, see the BP-27 Rate Case webpage.
