Transmission Services OASIS Product Pricing Validation

On October 1st, 2025, at 12:00 PM PPT, BPA Transmission will be updating the default prices in OASIS to reflect the 2026-28 rate period. This OASIS function will operate as it has in the past, with the highest default price for the requested service displayed in the Bid Price field of the Transmission Service Request (TSR).

The rate that the customer will be charged will be per the 2026 Transmission, Ancillary, and Control Area Service Rate Schedules.
