TC-27 Pre-Proceeding Workshop (Day 1)

BPA will engage customers and stakeholders through a series of workshops in October 2025 through February 2026 to continue the Grid Access Transformation discussions on proposed changes to processes BPA uses to evaluate and expand the transmission system. BPA intends to conduct a TC-27 Terms and Conditions Tariff Proceeding to set and/or modify the terms and conditions of BPA’s Open Access Transmission Tariff specifically related to these proposed changes.
