General

Evaluation Projects Updated

Two evaluation projects, including a process evaluation of the Low Income program and an impact evaluation of the nonresidential lighting portfolio, have now been updated. These, as well as additional program updates, can be found here. These evaluations provide valuable insight on process and cost-effectiveness of BPA's energy efficiency programs. Additionally, an impact evaluation of residential air source heat pumps and variable speed pumps have resumed, with results expected to be published in the summer of 2025.
