BPA Webinar: Two New Residential HVAC Measures Effective Oct. 1 

Join BPA’s Residential HVAC team for a webinar on Aug. 13 from 10-11 a.m. (PDT) to offer feedback and learn more about two new residential HVAC measures, including implementation requirements, specifications, documentations requirements, payments, and savings. 

Effective Oct. 1, BPA is introducing two additional Residential HVAC measures to the Implementation Manual (IM) . These new measures were not announced in the previous IM webinar. They include both the Room Heat Pump and Advanced Centrally Ducted Heat Pump, leveraging the work from the recently released High-Performance High-Capacity Heat Pump (HPHC HP) Field Study. 

Reference the summary overview for more information on these new residential HVAC measures. Contact your energy conservation account executive (ECAE) with questions about these or other new measures. 

Updated Residential Heat Pump Water Heater Qualified Products List

BPA recently updated the Residential Heat Pump Water Heater Qualified Products List in the Document Library. Updates include the addition of the following 4 products:

• Midea CAN3-RSJ-15/190RDVN3-L4
• Midea US3-RSJ-15/190RDVN3-L4
• Rinnai REHP50CW
• Rinnai REHP50W

No models were removed in this update.

The BPA Energy Conservation Annual Review 2025 is now available. In fiscal year 2025, BPA, along with our customers and regional partners, delivered 51.7 aMW in energy savings. The Annual Review showcases the value and positive impact that Conservation acquisition investments bring to regional customer utilities and their consumers.
