webTrans Upgrade Completed

webTrans is now available for normal use. BPAT and OATI are aware of a sporadic issue that is being addressed. When you first login, the screen display may be delayed with "Loading menus..." After a period of time, you may get a popup that says, "Page Unresponsive". Click "Wait" and be patient. this may happen repeatedly. Keep clicking "Wait"until the screen loads. The system should work normally after that. If the problem persists, call the OATI Help Desk at (763) 201-2020.
