BPAT Systems Baseline Update

Today, October 16, 2024 BPA Transmission Services will be releasing the Winter 2024 Short Term Base Case.  All changes to the Short-Term Available Flowgate Capability (AFC) will be effective as of November 1, 2024 at 00:00 PPT.  A follow-up message will be sent after the Short-Term Base Case process is complete.  Thank you for your patience during this process.
